VP Vaping Review: Cream Puff Factory

I bring you a collaboration between Penguin E-Juice and Ruthless which is distributed by P-Vaper Distribution.

I met P-Vaper at VapeJam UK this year and they were the main sponsor at the event. The guys at P-Vaper kindly gave me the three juice range from Cream Puff Factory along with the range from Penguin (Check out the review here). All were given for the purpose of review.

As a child I remember my parents taking me to the cream cake shop for a treat and we got to choose whatever we wanted. Of course I wanted the biggest I could find, and so I did! The shop did these huge choux pastry buns with a large amount of cream inside that squirted out everywhere when I bit into it and then they were covered in a soft chocolate icing. A bit like a profiterole but on a gigantic scale, as a family we use to call them elephants feet.

These juices are replications of this large choux pastry bun with cream and the addition of different flavours, lets see if they live up to my expectation.

You can buy these juices from VapeClub.co.uk in 30ml at £16.99, they come in 0, 3 and 6mg nicotine strength. They are a 80VG/20PG mix

The review I will be conducting will be a scent test from the open bottle of juice and then a flavour test on the devices listed below.

With no further a do, I’ll get on with the review.

Devices used;

  • Aspire Pegasus 70W @ 40watts, Aspire Triton2 with Clapton 0.5ohm coil
  • Innokin CoolFire plus 70W @ 40watts, Aspire Cleito with 0.4ohm coil
  • Joyetech Cuboid 150W @ 55watts, Geekvape Tsunami 24 with Dual Clapton 0.8ohm coils, wicked with Kendo Cotton

Vanilla

Scent: strong smell of pastry, with a vanilla cream in the background.

Flavour: so simple but affective, a sublime vanilla cream with an undertone of choux pastry both on the inhale and the exhale. It is not overly sweet, making it a really good ADV. There’s not a huge amount I can say, the simplicity of it makes you want more, but it’s not too simple to make it boring. I have really enjoyed this juice.

VP Review Rating: 8/10

Blueberry

Scent: a light smell of pastry a fruity blueberry with cream in the background.

Flavour: wow, just wow, I have really enjoyed this juice. So, you have same great base of the vanilla cream puff, but with the welcome addition of a delightfully fruity blueberry which sits happily on top, on both the inhale and the exhale. Making for an excellent ADV for me. I’m glad I’ve done the review now, I can finish the bottle.

VP Review Rating: 9/10

Banana

Scent: candied banana with hints of pastry and cream

Flavour: once again I get the wonderful base of the vanilla cream puff, but with the addition of a subtle banana. I am not a huge banana vape fan, so I find this very pleasant to vape. Someone who loves a banana vape might think it needs a little more, but in any case it is still an ADV for me.

VP Review Rating: 7/10

So to my conclusion, I find that the Cream Puff Factory range are some very good juices that produces some fantastic vapour. The juice has great consistency and deliver some superb flavour. I am however, a little divided in opinion, one part of me is saying these flavours are very common, meaning Blueberry, Vanilla and Banana. The experimental side of me asks why not choose some more unusual flavours to add to this excellent base juice for example Kiwi. Other side of me, the business side says these are tried and tested popular flavours so it makes sense to use these flavours. I think they are really good juices, but shouldn’t large companies like Penguin and Ruthless be setting the flavour trends not joining in.

The glass bottles come with safety child caps and pipettes. The P-Vaper website is bright and colourful and easy to navigate and will also show you what else they distribute. I did see an announcement that they were going to add another flavour to the range and I will be interested to see what they have decided to go with.

I would recommend going and checking out Cream Puff Factory.
